Strength and Conditioning

After a careful and detailed assessment, we will develop an individualized program, which consists of the following:
• Resistance training to activate lean muscle tissue.
• A cardio-vascular exercise program to increase aerobic capacity.
• Stretching exercises to improve range of motion and lower your risk of injury or pain.
• A program designed specifically for each individual based on a needs and interest assessment.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
This is our holistic program, which includes all of the above services plus emphasis on improving nutrition, water intake, sleep patterns, positive mental attitude, and breathing techniques. Beyond Fitness is able to provide this service in-home, on-line and/or by telephone.
