All-American collegiate wrestler turned coach and lifelong hunter. For 30 years I’ve trained people to stay strong, sharp, and field-ready, not just in the gym, but on the ridge, the river, and the hunt.
I don’t do generic plans or treadmill work. I build real-world strength, steady energy, and the drive that gets you back outside doing what actually matters, before “someday” turns into never.
