I’ve always loved the idea of helping people achieve their health and life goals! I have realized over the years of coaching people that “they” are the solution to solving their challenges and unlocking their own potential. The magic is in helping them figure out how to do so. My own journey, which of course is never over, began with my own experiences in sports and the outdoors! It all started as a young boy playing football and baseball, and eventually, in high school, the sport of wrestling entered my life. Hunting with my father and brother in Idaho, where I grew up, would also shape how I saw the world and how I might use the outdoors to help people reconnect to a deeper, more primal part of themselves. I would also use those experiences to help me grow and evolve as a college athlete, as a springboard to eventually starting my own coaching business, helping others! 40 years later, I am still using exercise, sport, and the outdoors to help my clients unlock their potential!
I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1993 with a degree in Physical Education and a minor in Exercise Science. While at PLU, I was fortunate to achieve All-American status as a wrestler in ‘95 and ’97. Currently, as a side project, I am finishing my C.S.C.S (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification. These experiences help me cultivate a mindset to navigate all that life has to offer, including challenges and obstacles.
I continue to use these experiences and education to help my clients find what it is they want from this life in terms of health, physically and mentally!

Forest Walks
Goal is to help clients connect with nature and themselves to create a space for transformation inside that will facilitate growth and repair! The mental and physical benefits of walking in nature coupled with talking to someone who is trained at listening and guiding you toward unlocking the solutions to your challenges.
