Discuss your goals and whats stopped you from achieving them in the past! 
You will go through a sample workout to see how you move, and any compensations. To help us build a plan moving forward we need to take into consideration: Movement/Exercise, Diet, Sleep, Thinking or Mindset, Hydration, Breathing

$120 per session | Typical Session: 45 minutes

Either in my private studio or in the privacy of their home.

Forest Walks

$250 per session | Typical Session: One Hour

Takes place at Pt Defiance Park trails.
Packages and frequency discounts may apply.
